・5+ years of experience in brand management within the FMCG or pharmaceutical industry.
・Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
・Strong analytical skills and experience with market research methodologies.
・Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
・Fluency in English and Japanese (both written and spoken).
・Experience working with external distributors is a plus.
・Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant marketing software.
・Strong project management and organizational skills.
