• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Manage accounts payable functions.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with department heads to address financial inquiries and improve processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience using SAP Concur will be a huge plus or similar accounting software.
