Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) Caseworker - 6 -Month FTC, Office based in East London
Our client, a large Housing Association, is seeking an experienced ASB Caseworker to manage anti-social behaviour cases across social housing properties in London. This role offers agile working with 2-3 office days and the rest remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ASB cases from start to resolution, ensuring tenant welfare.
- Conduct investigations, coordinate with authorities, and develop action plans.
- Communicate clearly with tenants on rights and support options.
Requirements:
- ASB case management experience (housing/maintenance preferred).
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills.
- Able to travel around London area
