■About the Company:Our client has a prestigious luxury brand with a rich heritage in beauty and wellness. With a focus on sustainable growth and a commitment to excellence, our client values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within its operations.■Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an Area Manager, you will play a key role in driving retail growth and enhancing the brand's presence across stores. ■Main tasks include:・Business Development:Develop and implement effective business plans to achieve and exceed annual sales goals, ensuring action plans are executed in stores.・Performance Analysis:Analyze sales projections and retail performance metrics, providing insights and guidance to achieve monthly targets.・Team Development:Mentor and develop Counter Chiefs and Beauty Advisors, collaborating with HR for recruitment and overseeing onboarding and retention initiatives.・Store Operations Management:Assist in resolving customer claims and support Counter Chiefs in delivering exceptional service.・Department Store Strategy:Collaborate with marketing and retail operations to drive successful events and opportunities within department stores.・Relationship Building:Establish strong relationships with retailers, including buyers and floor managers, to support store development and negotiation processes.#LI-Hybrid
求められる経験
・Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in sales and retail management.
・Preferred background in the beauty or lifestyle industry.
・Strong track record of successfully leading and motivating retail teams.
・Exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration and relationship-building.
・Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
・Demonstrated problem-solving ability and adaptability in dynamic retail environments.
・Proficiency in English, enabling clear communication within a diverse team and international context.
・Solid IT literacy, capable of utilizing relevant software for reporting and analysis.
・In-depth understanding of retail industry trends and customer preferences.
・Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, optimize store performance, and achieve targets.
