1. Responsibility 01 Business Development and Sales Management- Achieve the area sales targets and operating results across the territory assigned;- Identify and maximize the business potential of each stores and define actions plan to ensure target achievements, engaging Store Managers on required contribution to targets- Develop effective networking across the area and share knowledge and understanding of business local trends with store teams- Define and propose adequate staffing for each store to Retail Director- Communicate and use Company KPIS and measure performance results and share best practices across the area- Partner with local Marketing and Merchandising department and propose ideas to customize in-store events/initiatives;2. Responsibility 02 Customer Understanding & Engagement- Ensure a true luxury customer experience across the area, constantly nurturing a customer centric culture and “story telling” capabilities in store teams- Identify and propose to the Regional Retail Director new opportunities for achieving bespoke customer service across all stores, and provide new solutions based on customers’ feedback- Coach and work with Store Managers sharing best practices to improve customer relationship and maintain customer loyalty- In partnership with local CRM/Marketing referent Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing trustworthy relationship with actual and potential Top Customers3. Responsibility 03 Team Development- Coach and empower Store Managers to develop their skills and competencies to support their managerial growth;- Ensure succession planning in the area through the identification and development of a talent pipeline;- Define area training priorities and ensure the appropriate training plan is implemented;- Share strategy, information and announcements clearly communicating Company/Region/Market priorities and projects;- Support Store Managers in attracting, recruiting and retaining high performing teams;- Enhance a sense of belonging, creating a positive environment to pursue a stable employee retention and turnover reduction;4. Responsibility 04 Brand Presentation- Ensure Store teams are trained on XXXXX guidelines to realize the correct implementation of visual, product presentation and store image;- Ensure image and store experience (team grooming, music, video, food and beverage etc.) are maintained up to Company guidelines;- Consolidate feedbacks on seasonal collection and share them with merchandising and buying team to improve localization and effectiveness of the brand presentation;5. Responsibility 05 Store Operations- Ensure all the stores applies compliance requirements to all areas of operational activity: loss, asset protection; inventory control management;- Promote adoption of digital services across store teams monitoring on-line and off-line give feedback to excel on the Omni channel business#LI-Hybrid
求められる経験
Relevant experience of 3-4 years in store manager role, 2 year plus in multiple store leadership including:
- Proven record on delivering business results
- Proven experience in understanding customer trends/needs, drive actions to delight customers
- Proficient experience in building value based customer relationships
- Working experience in working with merchandising/planning team on product offering strategy as well as products movement across the POS
- Proven experience in coaching store s and managing team performance
- Strong insight of luxury market and good command of data analysis
Education
- Bachelor degree or above
