Randstad is partnering with a well-known fashion brand. They are currently looking to hire an Area Manager (Southern region - South Klang Valley, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca, Johor) to join them.

You will need to:

• Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Setting regional goals such as sales estimates and revenue projections (KPI involving Sales Target, ATV, UPT, ASP, Footfall, and Conversion Rate).
• Coordinate with report and make recommendations to senior management to grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth.
• Lead, train, and develop store teams to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze store performance metrics; implement improvement plans.
