Job Description:
- Area Engineer (AE) shall be able to work for all the activities of Layout Engineer listed above & carry out MTO co-ordination.
- Shall be responsible for detailed review of project requirement and prepare technical queries.
- Shall have full knowledge of piping activities and sequencing of activities.
- AE is responsible for all activities of allocated area including Stress and Material group. AE shall seek required support from Stress, Material and 3D Administration group in coordination with LAE.
- Shall be well conversant with all Check Lists. He shall be able to prepare project specific Check list if required.
- Shall ensure quality management system and adhere to quality procedures during working.
- Shall define daily/weekly targets in line with overall project schedule and shall review the status daily.
- Shall brief all the members of his team regarding the development & progress of the project time to time.
- Shall assist LAE for all Project related activities.
- Must have min. 2 nos. FPSO Topside Detail Engineering execution experience.
