Together with our international client we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Receivable (AR) Team Leader to oversee and lead dynamic cash collection team.
In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring timely and accurate cash flow management, while leading a dedicated team to achieve key financial goals.

- ensure sound policies, processes, and controls around collections services,
- analyse accounts driving aging and provide appropriate action plans to reduce aging,
- partner with other departments to handle critical business decisions on collections,
- collaborate with internal teams to ensure end-to-end processes are running smoothly,
- team management activities,
- identify appropriate system enhancements, and participate in system testing,
- provide explanations and implement solutions to root cause problems,
- process improvements activities,
- effectively manage high-risk situations ,

- educational background,
- relevant professional experience in Accounts Receivables / Collections,
- previous experience leading a team,
- fluency in English and Dutch,
- proven experience with continuous improvement and/or project management,
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Package,
- experience in process migration and centralization.
