The Partners, Providers and Home and Living Group leads the Agency’s policy reform, sets strategic direction and stewards markets for the support and services provided to its participants.
In this team leadership role, you will be responsible for assisting with the shaping of policy and design and implementing important Agency reform while undertaking engagement and co-design activities with stakeholders, including the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding of the policy development process and how it works to achieve outcomes.
- Policy development experience including contributing to preparing and reviewing policy papers, reports, presentations, briefings and correspondence
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ideally you will possess:
- Qualifications and/or experience in disability and the market, allied health, public health or related discipline (PhD or post grad qualifications preferred)
- Well developed skills and experience in policy research and development
- Proven experience working with internal/external stakeholders
