About the role:
The role sits within the Information and Records Management Team (IRM). Services provided include IRM governance, supporting compliance, repository management (file retrieval and sentencing), EDRMS helpdesk (first and second level support), and working with physical and digital records (sentencing, archiving).
Duties and responsibilities:
- Facilitating file transfer and retrieval services, sentencing, archiving and destruction of physical and digital records
- Administration of Objective workflows, assisting personnel with EDRMS functions, processes, and uptake
- Providing EDRMS first and second level system support
- Coordinating with IT systems and support teams to resolve technical issues
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and guides for both internal and external stakeholders
- Provides advice to customers on records and information management best practice.
- Plan and delivery of EDRMS/IRM training, including the development of training products.
- Assist the Records Officer with mail and courier processing
- Manual lifting and moving (by trolley) record boxes up to 15kg
Your profile will demonstrate:
- Experience in records management
- Proficiency with Objective
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 15kg
- Well developed interpersonal, communication and active listening skills
- Australian citizenship (mandatory)
Security requirements:
- Must have a current Baseline Clearance (candidates who do not already possess this clearance will not be eligible for these positions)
