Key Responsibilities may include:
- Develop and implement the corporate plan and claims management strategy and operating model.
- Apply a well-developed understanding of relevant statutory, regulatory, and policy frameworks to various interrelated activities and solutions for a range of problems.
- Deliver claims management services as part of a team in line with the claims management strategy.
- Manage medium to low-risk claims, making decisions based on sound judgment, expertise, and knowledge, while adhering to regulations and procedures.
- Undertake work that ranges from moderately complex to complex in nature and operate under limited direction.
- Collaborate to ensure consistent claims management, achieve positive claim outcomes, organize and share information and best practices, and resolve conflicts and issues.
- Consult and advise internal and external stakeholders, anticipating and responding to their needs and expectations.
