- Full Time Hours, 9:00am - 5:00pm Monday - Friday - Flexible working opportunities once fully trained
- 12 month contract

Responsibilities
As the first point of contact, you will need to provide a high level of customer service and administration duties. Taking inbound and outbound calls you will be required to interact with customers to understand their needs and to provide sound advice and assist in processing requests.
- Provide direct customer service to members of a vulnerable community
- Process & request claims, and make delegations where appropriate
- Analyse and interpret information to make decisions
- Administration and reporting procedures
- Assisting with external providers to support and process requests for treatment
- Provide support to the leadership group as required. This may include undertaking:
- minor research and investigation
- statistical analysis
- project work
It is essential that you provide a high level of customer service, treating all customers with honesty, fairness, sensitivity and empathy. You will be professional and confident to make decisions and to find outcomes for complex matters.
About you:
- Strong contact centre and/or customer service experience
- Experience with vulnerable people & handling difficult/complex conversations
- Data entry skills - ability to quickly and accurately enter data into the system
- Ability to interpret complex information
- Experience within a medical setting/understanding of medical item numbers/claims (desirable)
