What will the apprentice be doing?
- Take ownership of administration and implementation in a variety of internal projects across all departments.
- Updating internal contact information as required.
- Updating the Document Management System and formatting approved documentation to company branding.
- Managing information and producing documents, using spreadsheets, documents and presentations to company branded guidelines and templates.
- Managing and liaising with our IT support provider for any IT issues raised.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Setting up and issuing IT assets to new staff (e.g. laptops, mobile phones, etc) liaising with our IT support provider for any IT issues raised.
- Helping to develop a variety of training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, and on-line documentation
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Level 3 IT solutions technician standard delivered via virtual learning platform sessions. With support from specialist trainers and 121 skills coaches and our learning platform "Aptem" where you will complete the learning on program
