Responsibilities
- Appointments for incoming loads and outgoing loads
- Support with organizing the pick-up loads
- Process invoices for billing purposes
- Provide exceptional customer service to carriers and clients by phone and emails
- Track CN loads
- Close loads from shipment is cleared
- Support other operational / dispatch staff when required
Qualifications
- Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Great organizational skills
- English with a functional French or French with a functional English
- Good work ethic and positive attitude
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to pay close attention to details.
