In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our TMS platforms, ensuring smooth operations and optimizing workflows to support our logistics operations. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Mapping Data with Precision: Configure data flows into and out of our TMS platforms (like Carlo and CargoWise) to ensure smooth operations.
- Batch Jobs & Beyond: Set up batch processes that keep our systems running like clockwork.
- Solving Problems, Supporting Users: Troubleshoot technical issues, assist end-users, and continuously enhance system settings and layouts.
- Tailoring TMS Solutions: Adjust security permissions, functional settings, and layouts to fit the unique needs of our logistics operations.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Create insightful documents in Crystal Reports to support smarter business strategies.
- Collaborating for Success: Work closely with TMS users, suppliers, and Group IT to improve processes and share solutions.
