We are seeking an experienced Application Engineer with expertise in safety-critical domains to support our radar display solution. The successful candidate will play a key role in software specification, testing, and documentation, ensuring compliance with mission-critical requirements. This position offers a challenging technical environment, requiring a high degree of rigor, autonomy, and commitment.

Mandatory Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a safety-critical domain, preferably in air traffic management or similar environments with real-time and security requirements.
- Strong knowledge of requirements management and testing processes for mission-critical software.
- High analytical capacity to interpret end-user needs and translate them into actionable software requirements or test cases.
- Proven expertise with formal standards such as ED153, ED109, or ED12B/C.
- Proficiency in using tools such as IBM Rational DOORS or Siemens Polarion.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
- Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Familiarity with ATSEP certification processes.
- Fluency in German or French is an asset.
