As APAC HR Head, you will be overseeing and leading 10+ countries's HR initiatives. This role will manage about 7 members globally.Responsibilites include:・Implementation of global-wide HR programs (e.g., introduction of HR systems, policy and etc.) ・Lead HR projects such as implementing, and operating short- and long-term incentive plans, talent management review・Foster organizational culture, work with overseas HR group members to promote the spread of culture in the region of responsibility.
