- Develop and execute strategic plans for growth across retail and online, including store relocation, increased price points, and introduction of design-driven products
- Oversee comprehensive marketing strategies, including top-of-funnel marketing investments, social media development, KOL/CELEB Investments and contracts
- Manage P&L responsibilities, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability
- Drive revenue growth while creating bottom line efficiencies
- Participate actively in strategic planning and execution, ensuring seamless integration of local market insights with global brand directives
skills and experience required.
- Proven background in luxury/premium retail, either as a General Manager, Retail Director, or Head of Merchandising with extensive P&L management experience.
- Strong local landlord relationships.
- Deep understanding of the Chinese retail landscape and a track record of successful market expansion. T-mall expertise to scale.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in scaling businesses from 0-1 and 1-10.
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities, with the ability to both develop and execute comprehensive business plans.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with product design and VM teams to cater to local market demands.
