- Performs the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of equipment
- Responsible for Calibration and Repair of electronic boxes
- Setting up of tape & reel cum inspection machines
- Prepare, setup and qualify machines
- Machine assembly
- Setting up of AOI machines
- Machine alignment, teaching and testing
skills & experience required
- Diploma / Higher NITEC in Mechatronics / Electromechanical / Mechanical / Manufacturing / Electrical Engineering
- Clean room environment experience will be a plus
- Assembly & troubleshoot semiconductor equipment
- AOI machine troubleshoot & assemble experience will be a plus
- Training given to candidates with no experience
- 5 day work week (Mon to Fri 9am-6pm) + OT if required
