- Previous experience in State or Federal Government roles, particularly in administrative positions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, confidential executive and administrative support to the Executive Director, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage competing priorities efficiently, providing consistent and reliable support to the team.
- Facilitate procurement processes, including purchasing, receipting, and payment of goods and services for the branch, using S4/HANA and corporate credit card, in line with departmental policies.
- Offer exceptional service to internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and achieving outcomes in a professional manner.
- Liaise with various departments to provide or obtain necessary information, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Maintain and update administrative registers and systems to support the Business Services Team and the Leadership Team, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
