We are seeking a motivated professional to support our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing pitch materials and market updates, assisting in deal execution, and managing sensitive information in compliance with regulations. Ideal applicants will have 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to teamwork.

• Develop pitchbooks and presentation materials for client engagements
• Prepare weekly and monthly market updates and deal summaries for the APAC and Japan regions
• Collaborate with the global ECM syndicate team to facilitate deal execution
• Manage sensitive information with a strong focus on confidentiality and compliance with internal policies and relevant regulations
• Handle ad hoc assignments as needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in equity capital markets or investment banking
• Strong interest in ECM with the ability to thrive under pressure
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Team-oriented with a proactive approach
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate availability preferred
