Pozíció leírása / Job description- Provide overall finance support
- Administer and code 3rd party vendor invoices, upload to CSS EMEA shared drive
- Resolve vendor invoice issues
- Initiate manual payments, ensuring policy compliance
- Support employees with expense, invoice, and spending queries
- Perform month-end closing activities
- Assist in preparing quarterly VAT returns
- Prepare necessary group reporting packages
- Participate in annual statutory audits and prepare documentation for EY, PWC
- Create process efficiencies
- Expand finance knowledge for serviced countries
- Perform other ad-hoc support tasks as needed
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of financial systems like SAP, S4H, PS is an advantage
- Fluent in English; French intermediate proficiency
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)
- Enhance organizational effectiveness through process innovations and improvements
