Responsibilities
Responsibilities of the AML / KYC Analyst :
- Analyze the risks of all investment partners and service providers used by the company.
- Analyze financial security, fraud and money-laundering risks
- Analyze ESG-related risks
- Gather information for investigations, conduct reviews and ensure accurate reporting and record keeping.
- Synthesize information gathered and propose recommendations to the management team.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports as required.
- Review and optimize processes.
- Perform other tasks as required.
Qualifications
For this position of AML / KYC Analyst, the following skills are required::
- Minimum of 1 or 2 years in an AML or financial crime-related position or as an internal auditor
- CAMS certification is an asset.
- ACFCS certification is an asset.
- Sustanable investment professional certification (SIPC) is an asset
- Prior experience with Navaera, Actimize, and Dow Jones technology solutions would be advantageous.
- Previous experience in reviewing and submitting LCTRs and other regulatory reports would be advantageous.
