Randstad is partnering up with the offshore technology hub for a leading bank and they are looking for a AML Investigation - Pre - Pack Team Lead (equivalent to AVP) to design, update, and improve AML Pre-Pack content. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop AML Content: Build and refine AML Pre-Pack materials, including policies, procedures, and templates.
• Risk & Gap Analysis: Identify control gaps and weaknesses by conducting thorough risk assessments.
• Training Creation & Delivery: Design training content and conduct engaging AML training sessions.
• Regulation & Industry Trends: Stay updated with AML regulations and emerging risks to adapt content accordingly.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various teams to ensure AML Pre-Pack content aligns with the company's goals and compliance needs.
• Support & Guidance: Offer implementation assistance to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Content Review & Optimization: Regularly review and enhance content for ongoing relevance and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 6 years in AML, compliance, or a similar role.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of AML regulations, industry standards, and compliance best practices.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
• Communication & Documentation: Excellent ability to communicate complex information clearly and maintain thorough documentation.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications: CAMS, CFE, or other professional compliance certifications.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with AML software and systems.
• Financial Services Knowledge: Understanding of financial products and services.
• Consulting Experience: Background in consulting or implementation is a plus.
