For the position of operator, they are looking for someone who likes to get down to business. You also have leadership qualities and can keep calm in chaotic situations. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who:

• Is flexible and thinks along in solutions
• Can work independently & has a great sense of responsibility
• Is in possession of a forklift certificate or willing to get one
• Is in possession of a driver's license and car.
• Masters the Dutch and/or English language

As an Operator you start your workday by collecting raw materials and required materials.
Then you make sure that the raw materials enter the process mixers via the supply line.
Once this is done, you and your colleagues make sure that the raw materials are packed into packages of approximately 3 kg using our latest packaging machines.
Packaging takes place in a clean room, so working hygienically is essential. During packaging you perform process checks and take samples for the lab. You also manage the team so that all processes and activities run smoothly.
