As the Alliance and Brand Manager, you will lead the XF team and oversee multiple products and alliance projects. **Main responsibilities**- Driving strategic initiatives and leading discussions for the products under your management.- Guiding strategic alliance discussions and negotiations to establish or maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with third parties, including exploring new alliance opportunities.- Regularly tracking and analyzing monthly performance metrics, both primary and secondary, to identify growth opportunities.- Monitoring budget expenditures and identifying discrepancies based on team feedback.- Collaborating closely with global stakeholders on various projects.

- Strong strategic and critical thinking abilities to identify key business drivers.
- Proven leadership and project management skills for navigating complex business environments.
- Effective communication skills, both internally and externally.
- Strong governance mindset and understanding.
- A minimum of 3 years of marketing experience and/or 5 years in a customer-facing role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Medicine, or a related field.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Financial acumen, including forecasting capabilities.
- Understanding of long-listed brand regulations (e.g., G1/G2, Copay rules).
- Experience in alliance management, preferably in business development.
- Over 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- MBA or other advanced degrees (MS, PhD) are preferred.
