• develop and execute innovative IT strategies, policies, and services on digital transformation and emerging technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, IoT, and data analytic, to drive innovation and digital transformation in line with the strategic plan.
• Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure that IT resources and project initiatives align with various priorities.
• Lead a team of IT professionals to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of Cloud-based software services and AI technologies and facilitating the adoption of innovative pedagogical methods.
• Safeguard the security and integrity of the internal information assets, ensuring compliance with personal data protection regulations across application systems.
• Develop and maintain the IT infrastructure and hybrid Cloud software environment to provide a stable and secure environment for internal uses

skills & experiences required

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 15 years of experience, including 10 years of experience in management level
• Extensive practical experience in utilizing AI and Machine Learning to enhance efficiency and address business challenges in inhouse settings.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of IT professionals.
• Strong project management capabilities, demonstrated by a history of successfully delivering IT projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
