The Agile Project Manager is responsible for driving agile cross functional brand operations. He/she ensures brand priority initiatives are delivered with discipline, speed and challenge the status quo. The responsibilities of this role include: Planning roll out of strategic brand initiatives, preparing supporting material, leading agile process across cross-functional teams and workstreams, facilitating collaboration across medical/commercial/business excellence, clearing obstacles for the team and ensuring sustainability of pace for the team.Key responsibilities: - Agile Ways of working - Manage cross functional collaboration on multiple priority initiatives for a brand - Lead the preparation and organization of Quarterly Joint Planning Sessions - Lead change management within a brand with respect to new ways of working including Agile - PMO - Prepare analyses of brand performance - Support the preparations, inputs & outputs of working meetings and works across marketing, medical, development and tech on business strategy alignment, dependencies, risks and capacity - Ensure that prioritized initiatives for the cross functional team are aligned brand strategic objectives

- Min. 3 years of relevant experience in start-up or multinational (e.g., Marketing, Sales, project management, product development, operations, management consulting)
- Experience in delivering business impact through improved processes and Tech enabled solutions

- Ability to communicate complex and/or conceptual ideas in simple terms
- Content knowledge of respective functional area helpful (marketing, medical, sales)

- Strong commercial mind, empathy and care for others, willingness to get hands dirty and challenge the status quo

- Agile project management experience is a plus.
- Medical experience is a plus
