・Bachelor's degree; master’s degree in business is preferred
・5+ years of experience as a senior scrum master with a scrum coaching mentality in an agile environment with a software-selling organization
・Understanding of our business strategy and economic model; good business insight and judgment
・Demonstrated expertise in sales or supporting the sales of professional services, including developing statements of work, pricing, large-scale proposals, and client development
・Experience in customer-facing positions as a professional services consultant
・Familiarity with project management processes and experience with revenue-based project reporting
・Extensive experience using agile project management tools and methods
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate with cross-functional teams and present to management and C-level executives
・Ability to run workshops and create strategic proposal to support transformation initiatives
・Established and sustainable network of customer relationships
・Proven ability to understand the technical impact of projects from supportability, scalability, and repeatability aspects, as well as the business impact on both our company and customers in delivering and scoping projects
・Willingness to travel up to 25%
