This high-impact role, reporting to the CFOM Head (who reports to GM) and working closely with BU Heads, will be pivotal in shaping the company’s strategic digital transformation. This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to drive transformative change at the intersection of Agile methodologies and cutting-edge digital innovation, contributing directly to the company’s strategic growth and market leadership.Key Responsibilities:•Transformative Leadership: Serve as a trusted mentor to teams, instilling Agile best practices across Scrum, Kanban, and SFE frameworks, including Veeva and One CRM. Champion a mindset of agility and collaboration to accelerate the company’s digital evolution.•Change Agent for CFOM Transformation: Lead the adoption of cutting-edge digital tools such as AI platforms (Turing, Plai) to streamline operations. Drive change management, identifying workflow challenges and delivering strategic solutions to optimize CFOM processes.•Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with commercial, GTMC, marketing, medical, and cross-functional teams to align CFOM tactics with broader business goals. Partner with global and HQ stakeholders to ensure consistency and scalability in Agile practices.•Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Advocate for Lean principles, fostering a culture of experimentation to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency. Introduce scalable frameworks and tools to automate processes and advance CFOM initiatives.•Education & Advocacy: Design and facilitate workshops and training for teams and leadership, embedding Agile principles across all levels. Develop roadmaps for digital transformation, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards.•Performance Monitoring: Implement Agile metrics, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups, to track and improve team performance. Develop dashboards and provide leadership with actionable insights on CFOM transformation milestones and progress.
求められる経験
Requirements:
•10+ years of experience (pharmaceutical or healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required)
•Proven track record of leading Agile transformations in complex organizations undergoing digital change. Expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies; certifications (e.g., Scrum Master) are preferred.
•Proficient in leveraging digital tools and AI platforms to optimize Agile practices. Strong ability to balance innovation with existing legacy systems in a regulated environment.
•Exceptional facilitation and coaching skills with the ability to inspire and influence across all organizational levels. Fluency in English and Japanese (preferred) with excellent written and verbal communication.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, management, science, or a related field (master’s degree preferred) with a record of academic excellence.
•Strong critical thinking skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to navigate the complexities of digital transformation within the pharmaceutical sector.
