You will work with client's designated program administrator to provide quality service and support to ensure service solutions meet business customer needs in all financial care competencies: post-sale customer education on wireless and wireline service, problem solving, providing customers an opportunity to establish payment commitments and assisting to reach the financial goals of the company. You will also be developing, coordinating, and monitoring the deployment and success of service solutions and provides status updates to the business client and Sales Branch based on shared expectations.
