Are you an experienced Adult Social Worker with Mental Health hospital discharge experience?
Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join London Borough of Haringey
The role being offered as a full time with a fantastic pay rate of £32 per hour.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Care Act assessments
- Arranging support upon discharge
- Level of knowledge and experience in the Adult Care Act
- Report writing
- Managing caseloads
- Essential visits
Requirements:
- Social Work England registration
- Social Work Qualification
- 2+ years relevant experience
- Regulated Activity DBS Disclosure Certificate
