Job Description
Role Overview: The Admin/Operations Head will strategize, design, and implement policies to manage and enhance campus infrastructure, security, transportation, food and beverages, housekeeping, and procurement. This role involves overseeing project and event management, people management, safety and safeguarding, food and beverage operations, infrastructure and maintenance operations, grievance redressal, and budget management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
- Strategize and Implement Policies:
- Design and execute policies for campus infrastructure, security, transportation services, food and beverages, housekeeping, and procurement.
Project and Event Management
- Manage Projects and Events:
- Understand requirements, prepare budgets and timelines, identify internal and external resources, and ensure flawless execution.
People Management and Development
- Develop and Manage Team:
- Develop and manage a team of talented individuals, manage team performance, and provide mentoring.
Safety and Security
- Ensure Safety and Security:
- Responsible for overall security and safety, including managing security equipment and systems.
Food & Beverage Operations
- Oversee Dining Experience:
- Ensure a premium dining experience for all stakeholders.
Infrastructure and Maintenance Operations
- Maintain Key Infrastructures:
- Ensure all key infrastructures are functioning and resourced according to demand, and maintained professionally.
Grievance Redressal
- Handle Escalated Grievances:
- Address grievances escalated beyond operational team members, resolve issues effectively, and clarify misunderstandings with evidence if necessary.
Budget Management & Reporting
- Propose and Manage Budget:
- Propose the annual budget plan for supportive services and facility maintenance, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including timely renewal of required licenses.

- Proven experience in operations management or similar roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle grievances and provide effective solutions.
