Annual Salary: $50,000-$60,000, revised after 3 months
Full benefits paid after 3 months
3-4 weeks of vacation
Flexible Schedule:
8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (37.5 hours per week)
No remote work

Responsibilities
Office Administrative Management:
Visitor Reception
Email Management
Supervision of administrative aspects related to residential and commercial building management
Management of projects, invoices, purchase orders, etc.
Data entry and creation of new project files
Monitoring of insurance contracts before their due date
Monitoring of inspections and purchase orders (POs)
Inventory of office supplies and management of purchase order pads and printers
Other related administrative tasks
Qualifications
Bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written
Experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction sector
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Autonomy and sense of responsibility
Good knowledge of SharePoint and Proprio Expert (an asset)
Good command of office tools (Microsoft Office)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
