We are hiring for an Administrator/Reception coverage for 1 day: Thursday, January 30th In this role, you will act as the company's first point of contact for visitors and guests who are meeting with consultants within the organization or calling in to be transferred, responding to and distributing inquiries, office supply management, overseeing student attendance tracking systems, as well as all other administrative duties.

Responsibilities
- Greet, assist, direct inquiries as appropriate, and route incoming and outgoing communications
- Ensure accurate and timely attendance management
- Record and monitor student tracking systems, consult relevant attendance policies and liaise with appropriate internal and external stakeholders as required
- Identify areas of improvement based on organization's strategic direction within areas of responsibility; update training, policy and process documentation as required
- Research, compile reports and make recommendations for new or adjusted service offerings
- Provide general administrative support to the organization and assist with special projects, activities, and events as needed
Perform backup duties to support the team and Administrative Assistant, Office Services including but not limited to:
- The management of office supplies, equipment and resources; record usage and submit reports for reconciliation
- Receiving, scanning, and coordinating all courier deliveries
- Providing adequate coverage where needed
Qualifications
- Inherent ability to work dynamically and proactively in a team-based environment, naturally considerate and helpful
- High level of professionalism and public relations skill set required utilizing an extremely courteous approach to students, employees, visitors, and parents
- Strong typing and organizational skills
- The ability to communicate professionally and with tact, maintaining confidentiality where appropriate
- Strong multi-tasking abilities, trouble-shooting skills, and the ability to perform calmly under pressure in accordance with daily challenges
