Seeking a Registration Administrator for a temporary assignment based in Wellington CBD.
about the role
- 6-12 month temporary assignment
- Monday to Friday, full time, business hours
- Wellington Central office close to the train station.
key responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately process applications according to policy, legislation and procedures
- Validate and authenticate registration details
- Confirm and validate information with external parties via email / telephone
- Send out supporting information to registered parties
- Analyse information, identify anomalies within established guidelines
- Action changes on the database
about you
Administration coupled with customer service experience would set you apart from other candidates and you we’re also looking for the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a busy environment, prioritise workload and to deadlines
- Comfortable with using technology and learning new systems.
- Strong attention to detail
The assignment has the potential to be extended so we are looking for candidates who would be in a position to do so. You must be available to start immediately and have a satisfactory criminal and credit check for this role.
