The Role
Administrator required to work for a construction company in Durham. The role will involve administrative tasks and receptionist duties including greeting visits, coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms, booking appointments and organising schedules. Moreover, you will be expected to complete general tasks such as filing, photocopying, uploading information into databases and keeping the office tidy.
Experience operating Microsoft programmes such as Excel.
You will need
- Good standard of education either GCSE level or equivalent (NVQ level 2)
- Experience of delivering an excellent customer service
- Experience in administrative duties
- Construction experience desirable
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Ability to multitask and great attention to detail
- Great confidence with communicating with the public on the phone
