My Engineering client based in Kent Town has a fantastic opportunity for a part time Administrator to join their high performing team.
We are looking for someone who has great initiative, with the ability to manage and prioritise a range of customer service and administration support tasks. The ideal candidate will be reliable with the ability to work well autonomously and within a team environment. The preference is 4 full days per week but open to consider 3 days per week for the ideal candidate.

About the role:
- Answering calls and enquiries
- Entering new jobs into the systems
- General office duties including filing, scanning, document preparation and printing
- Handling emails, and correspondence with clients in a professional and timely manner
- Data entry
- Assisting other staff members with administrative tasks
- Ad hoc duties as required
What we are looking for:
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- An interest in the Engineering or Construction industry
- Good customer service experience
- Ability to manage & prioritise requests
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Be able to work autonomously and follow direction
- Be organised and efficient
- Be able to multi-task and complete daily tasks within the time frame required
- Be able to work as part of a team effectively
