In this role, you will act as the company's first point of contact for visitors and guests who are meeting with consultants within the organization or calling in to be transferred, responding to and distributing inquiries, office supply management, overseeing student attendance tracking systems, as well as all other administrative duties.

- Monday - Thurs 8am - 4:30pm Friday 9am - 6pm
- 3 week contract
- Gain valuable experience with a well know company
- Possibility to become permanent
Responsibilities
- Answering phones, transferring and conferencing calls (switchboard)
- Greeting clients and signing them in
- Mailing out parcels through online portal
- Filing and photocopying
- Inputting data into Excel
- Matching invoices and communicating with the clients
- Additional administrative duties as required
Qualifications
- 1-2 years experience in reception and/or customer service
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with managing multiple phone lines/switchboard
