Responsibilities
Provide high customer service to all visitors, colleagues and clients.
Operating the reception and office-related tasks which may include printing, invoice processing, purchase reconciliations, data entry, ordering supplies,
Coordinate the office, including booking rooms, presenting the spaces, and providing AV and event support.
Responsible for vendor coordination, reception tasks, team coverages, processing and receiving deliveries, answering general administrative inquiries, and inventory coordination. Coordination of both internal and external conferences, events, and meetings.
Qualifications
Min 1-2 years of office administration, and reception experience
Friendly and professional demeanor
Able to adapt to changing environments and prioritize tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
