Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prioritize emails for two directors.
- Organize divisional town halls, safety meetings, and team events, working with the administrative team to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist with new employee onboarding and coordinate resources for team projects.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal teams and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries and facilitating communication.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Partner with other administrative team members to support team operations and ensure alignment on departmental goals.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience supporting director-level executives in an administrative or coordinator role.
- Experience managing complex tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing demands efficiently.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with senior leadership.
- High attention to detail, particularly when handling meeting minutes, event coordination, and calendar management.
