Responsibilities
âś… Administrative & Financial Coordination:
Manage financial statements, purchase orders (POs), invoices, and budget forecasting
Maintain workforce data, vacation tracking, timesheets, and workload ticketing systems
Oversee database administration (Remedy, network site data, HVAC, generators, batteries, tower markings)
âś… Logistics & Operations Support:
Coordinate co-location activities (equipment purchases, approvals, and tracking)
Manage contracts for national programs
Support site access (approvals & authorizations) and ensure contractor compliance
Assist with billing inquiries for teams and suppliers
Track test equipment inventory and ensure smooth network operations
âś… Cross-Team Communication & Reporting:
Facilitate communication between internal teams and suppliers
Support Quebec network teams with administrative needs
Create and analyze reports for operational insights
Qualifications
âś” Advanced MS Excel & Office Suite skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
✔ Fully bilingual (French & English) – Strong written & verbal communication
✔ Detail-oriented & organized – You excel in multitasking and quality execution
✔ Team player with a proactive attitude – Able to work independently with minimal supervision
✔ Flexible & adaptable – Willing to take on additional tasks as needed
âś” Experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
🚨 Occasionally, you may need to work outside normal hours to support major events.
