- You have at least 2 years of relevant experience;
- You can work with great precision;
- You are fluent in English. Speaking Dutch and/or another foreign language is a big plus;
- You are available for at least 32 hours per week;
- You are available for approximately 6 months.
what will you do
As an administrative assistant, you are part of the Technical Service Center. Additionally, you are the first point of contact for all communication with our customers regarding quality complaints and repairs of our instruments and equipment. This also includes shipments and returns of repaired products, analysis, and alignment of KPI reports. You coordinate all customer-related matters with internal departments.
Your responsibilities are as follows:
- Following up on price quotations and coordinating service plans;
- Implementing process improvements and participating in projects such as the ongoing development of our new ERP system;
- Aligning technical service plans with the Technical Service team;
- Following up on critical or structural issues identified by the Customer Service Center, related to quotations, orders, issues with quotations, prepayments, invoices, etc.;
- Ensuring timely handling of complaints and repairs in collaboration with Technical Services;
- Identifying and implementing potential improvements in technical service and the supply chain of products requiring repair;
- Providing supply chain and/or technical service information for sales contracts and tenders;
- Registering complaints in the complaint handling database and sending closure letters to customers once the complaint is resolved by the complaint handling team.
