Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Organizing meetings, appointments, and general administrative duties
- Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the office
- Creating, editing, and organizing reports, documentation, and presentations
- Booking travel arrangements and calendar management
- Assisting clients and visitors, providing information
- Handling invoices, expense reports and handling budget related tasks
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an administrative role
- High level of communicational skills both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (MS Work, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Proactive and professional approach towards clients and day-to-day tasks
- Strong typing and data entry skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
