Our client, a private residential and long term care company, is looking to hire an administrative assistant for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 40 hours / week; ( 1h de lunch paye)
- Temporary position ( 6 months with potential to extend)
- 100% face-to-face;

- Group insurance after 3 months
- Salary between $45,000 and $50,000
Responsibilities
Administrative support to managers:
Attend meetings and write detailed reports or minutes
Prepare, send and/or display memos, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regular reports
Update the organization’s various policies and procedures
Maintain contact lists
Provide information by responding to questions and requests
Find and create presentations
Manage sensitive information confidentially
May compile data, statistics and other information
Contribute to the team effort by achieving related results as needed
Human resources component:
Support to the HR department
Payroll (nethris) and reissue:
Collect information for payroll preparation.
Enter the schedule into the payroll software
Enter employee information into the payroll system
Work closely with the accounting department to ensure the reissue of accounts within the allotted time frame
Qualifications
Qualities and skills required:
Bilingual (French and English / written and spoken)
Excellent writing skills;
Excellent planning, time management and organizational skills;
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Rigor, attention to detail, good communication skills;
Autonomy, flexibility, initiative, discretion.
