- Schedule Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (and 100% face-to-face)

Responsibilities
The main tasks of the administrative assistant will be:
- Call answering (few calls)
- Management of the advisor's agenda
- Making appointments and follow-ups
- Filter advisor emails
- Management of follow-ups with customers
- Reception position (member of management, advisors, delivery)
- Related administrative tasks to be determined according to your skills
Qualifications
- Structured, organized, Cartesian personality
- Very professional attitude
- Demonstrate autonomy & be proactive
- Master Microsoft tools (Office, Teams, Excel)
- Desire to get involved and propose solutions
- Experience in insurance, an asset
- Bilingual
