Responsibilities
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Format and file regulatory documents.
- Prepare reports and department financial data.
- Process invoices for payment and review payroll time entry.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of standard office procedures.
- Maintain filing systems and SharePoint sites.
Qualifications
- Minimum of Grade 7 education, a recognized Office Administration and/or Business Certificate (or equivalent).
- Experience in administrative roles.
- Proficiency with various software applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Oracle, and PeopleSoft.
- Detail-oriented individual with good judgment and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to work competently and independently.
