Our client is looking for an administrative assistant to join its dynamic team. The role, which is 100% face-to-face. The role involves providing essential administrative support for the smooth running of the office. You will work directly under the supervision of the director and collaborate with the team to maintain a fluid organization within the office. This position is to be filled following the internal promotion of an assistant, which will create an opportunity for on-site training.

Schedule: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with 1 hour lunch break
Salary: $50,000 per year
Holidays: 2 weeks per year

Responsibilities
Respond to telephone and email inquiries and manage messages
Prepare, review and proofread various administrative documents (correspondence, invoices, presentations, reports, etc.)
Ensure the organization and management of manual and computerized files
Coordinate meetings, organize travel and welcome visitors
Maintain the director's agenda and coordinate meetings
Manage the tracking of vacation requests and office supply orders
Ensure follow-up of requests for submissions and administrative documents from suppliers and subcontractors
Provide support to the accounting department (invoice entries, monitoring of accounts payable, etc.)
Perform various administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications

Experience in a similar position
Excellent organizational, planning and communication skills
Ability to work independently while respecting priorities
Professionalism, sense of ethics and discretion
Flexibility and positive attitude
