Responsibilities
Welcome at reception
Managing emails and phone calls
Administrative support for quotes and work orders
Classification and organization of files and documents
Data entry and billing
Basic accounting tasks and mailing management
Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
Bilingualism (French and English)
2 to 3 years of experience in administrative support or a similar position
Organization and rigor
Good knowledge of MS Office
Autonomy and sense of responsibility
Sense of priorities, initiative, team spirit
