Under the supervision of the General Manager, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative and reception support to the GM and the management team.

Responsibilities
• Supporting the team in administrative tasks;
• Drafting letters, reports, and minutes;
• Organizing and managing mail, office supplies, and stationery;
• Negotiating and ensuring compliance with service contract deadlines for equipment and supplies;
• Monitoring the evolution of the IT fleet;
• Keeping the member database up to date;
• Providing accurate information to our members and suppliers by answering their calls and emails;
• Collaborating with the team and the board of directors by tracking administrative files and providing accounting information;
• Contributing to the success of our events by confirming sponsorships and member registrations;
• Monitoring project and event budgets;
• Developing dashboards.
Qualifications
• A college diploma (DEC) in administrative techniques, management, or office administration, or comparable relevant experience;
• A strong interest in administrative responsibilities and a foundation in accounting;
• Fluent in spoken and written French, with good oral and written English skills;
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word (advanced level);
• Personal qualities such as openness, respect, curiosity, and flexibility.
